1. Compiled based on the cause-of-death data card or death certificate codes for individuals who died in the current year. 2. Statistical items include ID number, date of birth, date of death, place of death, location of death, and cause-of-death classification code.

There may be duplicate 'serial number' or 'ID'. *The database has been de-identified and fields such as name, address, and other directly identifiable information have been removed. Shielded fields include National Health Insurance ID, hospital code, insured unit code, unified number, date of birth, medical visit date, admission date, etc., which can only be used within a designated area in the agency and must be reviewed before any statistical results are carried out to ensure that no specific individual can be identified.
