COVID-19 Vaccination Records and COVID-19 Confirmed Cases, Severe Conditions, and Deaths

1. In principle one report is one record. 2. The Regulations on Reporting, Classification, Handling and Investigation of Child and Youth Protection are made under Article 53 of the Child and Youth Welfare and Rights Protection Act. 3. Under Article 2 of the Child and Youth Protection Reporting and Handling Regulations, medical personnel, social workers, educators, childcare workers, police, judicial personnel, village/borough clerks, and other personnel performing child-and-youth welfare duties who, in the course of their work, learn of a child or youth needing protection, must immediately complete a report form and notify the municipal or county (city) competent authority via internet, fax, or other technology, within at most 24 hours; in urgent cases they may first report orally or by phone and complete the report form within 24 hours of becoming aware. The report content must include the reason, the circumstances violating Article 53(1), the child/youth's basic data, and other related information. 4. Under Article 3, anyone other than the above who learns of a child or youth needing protection may notify the competent authority by the above or any other means.

NIIS 資料庫中戶政比對到之本國籍及非本國籍所有個案。 2. 上述接種資料為 COVID-19疫苗開打以來，接種個案的疫苗接種各劑別、廠牌及接種 日期資訊。 接種劑次排序及欄位資料定義說明： (1) 依個案接種日期排序，不論廠牌、排除兩劑間隔不足21日之後一劑。 (2) 個案的基礎加強劑與追加劑之接種日期、廠牌、接種單位均相同，只列追加劑。 (3) Brand3僅為基礎加強劑。 (4) 提供Brand n 的n值為當次提供資料中之最大接種劑數。 範例: 撈取範圍之個案接種 CoV最大劑數達13劑，則提供 Brand 的最大劑次即為 Brand13。 3. 排除有接種基礎加強劑下，未達2劑基礎劑，或未接種追加劑之族群註。 （註:該排除族群限未曾接種 XBB相關疫苗。） 4. 排除已除口或NIIS 死亡日期在110/03/21(含)註以前的個案。 （註:即 COVID-19疫苗尚未實施之接種日期。）
