1. The grading and assessment standards for persons with disabilities adopted a new system from 11 July 2012 (ROC 101). 2. The total number of persons with disabilities is the sum under the new and old systems. Note: This center's databases are de-identified; directly identifying fields such as name and address are removed, and fields such as ID number, facility code, insurer-unit code, tax ID, birth date, visit date, and admission date are masked; data may only be used in the ministry's dedicated on-site work area, and only reviewed and approved aggregate results may be taken out, ensuring individuals cannot be re-identified. The key for person-level grouping and record matching is DID.
