Contains raw data for cases diagnosed 2007-2010 as reported by each hospital, without removing inter-hospital duplicate cases (same person, same cancer, same histology group). 3. The cancers covered by the cancer-registry short form include, besides all cancers reported by short-form hospitals, all other cancers not reported by long-form hospitals — all reported via the short form. 4. To analyze data grouped and de-duplicated across hospitals from diagnosis year 1979 to the latest published year, apply for the annual-report grouped file. 1. ID number is encrypted. 2. 1. 台灣地區人工生殖資料庫於民國 87 年建立，由各人工生殖機構定期通報期間內於 其機構接受人工生殖（但不含配偶間的人工授精）之個案資料。 2. 人工生殖資料通報及管理辦法依人工生殖法第二十七條第二項規定訂定之。 3. 「人工生殖資料通報辦法」中華民國九十六年八月八日行政院衛生署署授國字第 0960400731 號令訂定發布全文 15 條；並自發布日施行。 4. 人工生殖機構應通報之人工生殖資料如下： 一、生殖細胞捐贈人健康檢查及評估。 二、捐贈生殖細胞施術結果。 三、捐贈生殖細胞或以捐贈之生殖細胞形成之胚胎未完成捐贈、返還、銷毀、 轉贈或 轉移之資料。 四、人工生殖開始使用排卵藥物等進入治療週期個案之資料。 五、人工生殖個案資料。 六、受術夫妻生殖細胞或胚胎銷毀資料 5. 開始使用藥物年度包含民國87年至112 年。

This center's database has been de-identified: directly identifying fields such as name and address have been removed, and fields such as ID number, facility code, insured unit code, tax ID number, date of birth, visit date, and admission date have been masked. The data may only be used within the independent workspace established by the Ministry, and only approved aggregate statistical results may be taken out, ensuring that the data and its disclosure method can no longer identify specific individuals. 2. The infertility-duration field was not validated at the time of entry; going forward, notifications will check that the infertility duration does not exceed the age of the wife undergoing treatment. 3. A value of 0 in the newborn-related information fields indicates that there is no newborn data. 4. After the Assisted Reproduction Data Reporting and Management Regulations took effect in 2007 (ROC year 96), the coding scheme was revised because linkage with other databases was required; data prior to 2007 was also converted to the new coding scheme. However, for some codes, due to format issues or gaps in the new coding scheme, garbled or unrecognized codes may appear. 5.
