1. Compiled based on the cause-of-death data card or death certificate codes for individuals who died in the current year. 2. Statistical items include ID number, date of birth, date of death, place of death, location of death, and cause-of-death classification code.

Note: This center's databases are de-identified; directly identifying fields such as name and address are removed, and fields such as ID number, facility code, insurer-unit code, tax ID, birth date, visit date, and admission date are masked; data may only be used on-site and only approved aggregate results may be exported, ensuring individuals cannot be re-identified. 1. Personal ID is encrypted. 2. The record-matching key is ID.
