Pap Smear Test

1. Taiwan's assisted-reproduction database was established in ROC year 87 (1998); assisted-reproduction institutions periodically report cases treated at their facility (excluding artificial insemination between spouses). 2. The Assisted Reproduction Data Reporting and Management Regulations were made under Article 27(2) of the Assisted Reproduction Act. 3. The 'Assisted Reproduction Data Reporting Regulations' were promulgated in full (15 articles) by DOH order Shou-Guo-Zi No. 0960400731 on 8 August 2007 and took effect on the promulgation date. 4. Data that institutions must report: (i) donor health exams and assessments; (ii) results of procedures using donated gametes; (iii) data on donated gametes or resulting embryos not completed for donation, returned, destroyed, re-donated, or transferred; (iv) cases starting ovulation drugs; (v) assisted-reproduction case data; (vi) destruction of the couple's gametes or embryos. 5. Drug-start years span ROC 87 to 112 (1998-2023).

1. 國民健康署自民國 99 年起擴大辦理 4 項癌症（大腸癌、口腔癌、乳癌及子 宮頸癌）篩檢服務，透過全民健保預防保健服務特約醫事服務機構全面提供 大腸癌、乳癌、子宮頸癌與口腔癌篩檢，並將大腸癌、口腔癌篩檢納入預防 保健服務項目，及擴大乳癌篩檢對象至 40 歲以上至未滿 45 歲二等親乳癌高 危險群（即其母親、女兒、姊妹、祖母或外祖母曾患有乳癌）之婦女。 2. 政府補助 30 歲以上婦女一年一次免費子宮頸抹片檢查，並建議每 3 年至少 接受 1 次子宮頸抹片檢查。高危險族群包含有性經驗的婦女，尤其是早婚、 生育子女多、性伴侶較多的婦女，更需定期追蹤。 3. 個案基本資料檔(MASTER)：個案基本資料。 抹片檔(SMEAR): 一次抹片檢查一筆資料，同 ID 有多筆資料。 4. 資料年度包含 2004 年至 2024 年。

1. The patient basic information file (H_BHP_PST_MASTER) and smear test data file (H_BHP_PST_SMEAR) may have blank and duplicate IDs, which should be noted during comparison. 2. The infection (INFECTION) field in the smear test file is a multiple choice question; care must be taken when extracting for analysis.
