Breast Cancer Screening

1. Since 2010 (ROC year 99), the Health Promotion Administration has expanded the provision of screening services for 4 cancers (colorectal cancer, oral cancer, breast cancer, and cervical cancer), offering colorectal, breast, cervical, and oral cancer screening comprehensively through NHI-contracted preventive-care medical institutions. Colorectal and oral cancer screening were incorporated into the preventive-care service items, and breast cancer screening eligibility was expanded to women aged 40 to under 45 who are at high risk due to a second-degree relative (mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, or maternal grandmother) with a history of breast cancer. 2. The government subsidizes a mammogram every 2 years for women aged 45-69; screening is also provided for women aged 40-44 with a family history of breast cancer among second-degree relatives (grandmother, maternal grandmother, mother, daughter, or sister). 3. Mammography: women aged 45-69, and women aged 40-44 with a second-degree blood relative who has had breast cancer, every 2 years. 4. Screening dates span from July 2004 to December 2024.

1. 國民健康署自民國 99 年起擴大辦理 4 項癌症（大腸癌、口腔癌、乳癌及 子宮頸癌）篩檢服務，透過全民健保預防保健服務特約醫事服務機構全面 提供大腸癌、乳癌、子宮頸癌與口腔癌篩檢，並將大腸癌、口腔癌篩檢納 入預防保健服務項目，及擴大乳癌篩檢對象至 40 歲以上至未滿 45 歲二等 親乳癌高危險群（即其母親、女兒、姊妹、祖母或外祖母曾患有乳癌）之 婦女。 2. 政府補助 45-69 歲婦女每 2 年一次乳房攝影檢查；40-44 歲婦女，二等親 內具乳癌家族史（指祖母、外婆、母親、女兒、姊妹曾有人罹患乳癌）婦 女亦提供篩檢服務。 3. 乳房 X 光攝影檢查：45-69 歲婦女、40-44 歲二等血親內曾罹患乳癌之婦女，每 2 年1次。 4. 篩檢日期包含 2004年7月到2024年12 月。
