The center's database has been de-identified, removing personally identifiable information such as names and addresses. Sensitive fields like ID numbers, facility codes, insured unit codes, unified numbers, dates of birth, medical visit dates, admission dates, etc., have been masked. The data can only be used within a dedicated operational area set up by the department and statistical results must be reviewed before being carried out to ensure that the data cannot be traced back to specific individuals. The key value for hospital identification: HOSP_ID.
