Data description
The colorectal cancer cohort database includes all information from every colorectal cancer patient recorded in the 1979-2022 Cancer Registry Report (H_BHP_CRSSC), including detailed records in the long form LF, short form SF, and TCDB, as well as claims data and death certificate combined files. It also includes a colon cancer screening file for integrated use with the colorectal cancer cohort database.
大腸直腸癌主題式資料庫包含了收錄在 1979-2022 年癌症登記年 報檔(H_BHP_CRSSC)中之每一大腸直腸癌患者在癌症登記檔(包 括長表 LF、短表SF 和TCDB)及健保檔、死因統計合併檔，共 14 個資料檔之所有資訊。另外也附上大腸癌篩檢檔，以便串聯大腸直 腸癌主題式資料庫聯合使用，詳細定義如下：
