Reported Data of Sexual Assault

1. Generally, one report per case. 2. According to Article 4, Paragraph 5 of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Control Act: The central authority shall establish, integrate, statistically analyze, and manage data related to sexual assault cases. 3. According to Article 8 of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Control Act, medical personnel, social workers, educators, childcare providers, police officers, labor affairs officers, immigration officers, etc., upon discovering suspected cases of sexual assault during their duties, should report them to the local city or county authority within 24 hours at the latest. The reporting method and content are determined by the central authority.

Colorectal cancer mostly occurs after age 50; the HPA funds a fecal occult blood test once every 2 years for people aged 50 to under 75. 3. If negative, the HPA recommends continuing the test every 2 years; if positive, colonoscopy is recommended for confirmation, and if colonoscopy is not possible, barium enema plus sigmoidoscopy may be used. 4. In the colorectal-screening colonoscopy report (H_BHP_CCS_CUT), the following 4 fields were collected in the early period (Bureau of Health Promotion era) for a colonoscopy-quality-improvement program; because the collected fields were later adjusted, there is no data for subsequent years.
